Childhood Ministries offer a host of training and equipping options, ranging from one-on-one ministry consultations to group-based training events. Here is a sampling of the types of trainings available.

Safety and security policy development
Parents expect churches will provide a safe and secure environment for children. Background checks on workers and volunteers are not enough. Churches need safety and security policies. We can help. Contact us for more information.

Leadership and teacher trainings

These trainings focus on raising the level of children’s ministry leaders and teachers. Learn how to more effectively communicate the gospel to children and make disciples. Trainings can focus on a particular curriculum or on teaching and learning concepts and principles.

Facility evaluations
Today’s parents expect excellence in facilities, especially children’s ministry spaces. Environments affect the way children learn and grow. They need to be safe, secure and clean. We offer one-on-one consultations that include a walk-through of your facility with a follow-up report.

Ministry consultations

Ministry consultations can be a big help to those who are seeking guidance in directing their children’s ministries. Consultations include assistance with the creation and development of strategies that consider things such as next steps and selecting curriculum.

Family ministry training
Family ministry trainings focus on incorporating and infusing family ministry into existing children’s ministries. Learn how to leverage existing ministries to equip and train parents to be the primary disciple-makers in the home.
