A “strength” is something you are good at, you feel good doing, and you choose to do it often.
God desires that we discover, develop and use our strengths in every aspect of our lives to give Him the glory He deserves — especially in our homes. When parents and their children, especially their middle and high school students, begin using their strengths, discipleship in the home takes on a new paradigm.
Ministry leaders, join us for a free, one-day intensive training so that you can help parents discover:
∙ How the Lord has uniquely designed and gifted them as His child.
∙ How the Lord has strategically brought them together as a team.
∙ How the Lord has uniquely designed and gifted their children/students.
As a result, parents will be able to:
∙ Connect to their children’s and student’s hearts in a deeper, long-lasting way.
∙ Watch with anticipation how the Lord is developing their younger children.
∙ Understand how to discipline their children through strengths.
∙ Put into action a family vision and plan.
∙ Have new conversations with their students to show them how they can use their unique strengths in their lives today and in the future.
∙ Learn how spouses can encourage and edify one another through strengths.
∙ Explore the many ways the Lord could use them and their students to impact future kingdom work.
Parenting Based on Strengths gives parents new opportunities, new perspectives, new purpose and a new fascination in disciple-making in the home.
