Mac Brunson serves as the senior pastor of Valleydale Church in Birmingham, Ala. He is a former president of N.C. Baptists and of the SBC Pastors’ Conference. Brunson has led churches in South Carolina, Virginia and North Carolina. He holds a Doctor of Ministry and Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Debbie, have three children and 10 grandchildren.
