Thomas Watson serves with Church Strengthening at the Baptist state convention. He is a husband, father, military chaplain, professor, coach, successful business owner and entrepreneur. He serves as an instructor/facilitator for Eagle Rock Camp; as adjunct faculty at Northeastern University in the College of Professional Studies; and has more than 25 years of notable expertise and service in state government, the U.S. military and religious non-profit organizations, with special emphasis on leadership, mentoring, program development, case management, community engagement and relationship building.
As a certified coach, speaker, trainer and a Crown Personality ID consultant, Thomas offers workshops/seminars, keynote speaking, along with personal, team and group coaching to move individuals, teams and organizations in the desired direction to reach their goals.
In addition, Thomas has a doctor of ministry degree in workplace ethics, theology and leadership.
Thomas currently serves as the command chaplain of the 136th Chaplain Detachment, of the 139th RTI, North Carolina Army National Guard at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He lives with his family — Jackie, Caleb, Karis and Zek.
