Jack joined N.C. Baptists on Mission/N.C. Baptist Men (NCBM) as the disaster relief and volunteerism
consultant in September 2018.

Prior to joining Baptists on Mission, Jack retired as a battalion chief with the Town of Cary (N.C.) Fire Department and was a longtime volunteer with Baptists on Mission.

Jack volunteered for more than 10 years with the NCBM international search and rescue team, which
included deployments to Japan, Myanmar, Manila and Leyte. He has also served on construction teams in Honduras. Additionally, Jack has led several medical mission trips to Haiti with his church.

Jack and his wife, Paula, attend Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Fuquay-Varina, N.C., where they have been members since 1990. Jack has served as chairman of deacons, a Sunday School teacher, a part-time youth pastor and a member of several committees. Paula is a teacher at Apex Middle School and is active at church as a Sunday School teacher and women’s Bible study group leader.


The Fraziers have have two adult children, Jessica and Katie. Katie and her husband, Will, have two

daughters, Alivia and Aria.
