As project coordinator for the Roma Partnership, Teresa participates in, leads and coordinates logistics for North Carolina teams working in Central and Eastern Europe with Hungarian-speaking Roma (gypsies). In addition, she plans and develops curriculum for the English Bible Camps hosted by North Carolina Baptist teams in the Hungarian public schools operated by Hungarian Baptist Aid. Teresa has the opportunity to work with her daughter, Alicia Jones, who lives in Hungary and serves as a missionary and North Carolina Baptist Menās (NCBM) on-site coordinator.
Teresa has a bachelorās degree from Mars Hill University. Prior to working for NCBM, Teresa served in the BSCNCās Office of Administration as the board secretary.
Teresa, and her husband, Archie, enjoy hosting and ministering to international students from North Carolina State University. They host a weekly dinner and Bible study in their home for international students interested in learning more about God and His Word.
