Worship is at the heart of the 2026 N.C. Baptist Annual Meeting, Nov. 16-17 in Greensboro. As N.C. Baptists gather under the theme “On Mission Together,” they will lift their voices to Jesus and be reminded that every task before them flows from the worship of the One they serve.

“Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing!” – Psalm 100:1-2

We gather in Greensboro annually for several reasons. The North Carolina Baptist Annual Meeting is a space to network or reconnect with fellow laborers in ministry, celebrate what God is doing in and through N.C. Baptist churches, and make important decisions that enable kingdom work to flourish. But it is also a glimpse of the worship happening around the throne of our Lord as we come into His presence with singing!

The meeting takes place Nov. 16-17 at the Koury Convention Center in Greensboro, under the theme “On Mission Together.” If you’ve attended past annual meetings, you’ve likely been encouraged through times of corporate worship. We pray for the same experience during this year’s gathering as we lift our hearts and voices to Jesus, celebrate His victory and proclaim His worth together.

Last year, the BeDoTell Alumni Band led us as we celebrated NextGen ministries and honored its leadership over the years. This year, we’re excited that the N.C. Baptist Singers and Orchestra (NCBSO) will lead worship on Monday evening alongside the annual meeting worship team. Music from the choir and orchestra will begin at 6:05 p.m., so plan to grab an early seat and join us for worship before the first session officially begins at 6:30 p.m.

We encourage you to come to this year’s annual meeting prayerfully, humbly and eager to hear from the Lord. Even at a “business meeting,” God is present and at work. Our times of worship are not separate from the work we gather to do; they help orient our hearts toward the One we serve – with gladness!

The songs and Scriptures have been prayerfully chosen to direct our attention to Him, and we invite you to prepare to join us in singing by listening to the songs in advance. The YouTube recordings below may differ slightly from the final arrangements used during worship.

Join us in Greensboro for the 2026 N.C. Baptist Annual Meeting, Nov. 16-17. Register today at ncannualmeeting.org and come ready to worship with your N.C. Baptist family. We look forward to gathering with you as we «give thanks to Him and bless His name» (Psalm 100:4) together!
