Every month, we spotlight five helpful resources for you as you seek to walk closely with the Lord and make disciples. Many of these resources are created by the staff of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina (BSCNC) to help meet the ministry needs of pastors and lay leaders across the state.
This month’s top five features a resource page for the “Fill the Tank” baptism emphasis. It also includes a video on how to use the “3 Circles” gospel training tool, a manual for discovering lost people from other cultures in North Carolina, and a “Reading Your Bible with Confidence” video training series. Lastly, there is a devotional tailored for the whole family.
In addition to the resources featured here, many more can be found at ncbaptist.org/resources. You may also follow @ncbaptist on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, where we’ll share other helpful resources throughout the month.
‘Fill the Tank’ resources
“Fill the Tank” is a statewide emphasis to see believers baptized on Sept. 12 around the world. Emphasizing baptism on a specific day is a great way to encourage new believers to take the next step of obedience and faith while displaying a picture of the gospel to others. You can find a list of resources for this emphasis, which includes a baptism service planning guide, social media graphics and more, at fillthetanknc.org.
