Every month, we spotlight five helpful resources for you as you seek to walk closely with the Lord and make disciples. Many of these resources are created by the staff of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina (BSCNC) to help meet the ministry needs of pastors and lay leaders across the state.

Check out this month’s roundup of resources which includes the 2021 N.C. Annual Meeting website, the “Pray for 30 Days” devotional, a “Church Revitalization Assessment” tool and the “Walking with God” study guide. Lastly, this month’s top five also includes a “How to Have a Quiet Time” resource.

In addition to the resources featured here, many more can be found at ncbaptist.org/resources. You may also follow @ncbaptist on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, where we’ll share other helpful resources throughout the month.

‘Responding Well’
This “Responding Well” resource seeks to equip women’s ministry leaders to help survivors of sexual abuse. Topics include: how to determine the classification of the information that is shared with you; how to report the information; how to listen and provide counsel; how to train the leaders within your women’s ministry; and how to refer to a counselor.

‘Protecting Our Church and Children’
Children are not only gifts from God but also some of the most vulnerable members of society. We want to ensure their safety in church. Designed with North Carolina churches in mind, this resource covers a wide variety of subjects, from leadership to reporting child abuse or neglect, as well as foundational topics to protect your church and children.

How to film a ‘3 Circles’ training
The “3 Circles” tool is a simple, reproducible way to communicate the gospel. This free training video will show you how to easily film your own “3 Circles” video to help train others in how to share the gospel. Additionally, there are supplemental documents available, such as an example script and an equipment list, that will make the quality of your video even better.

Great Commission Catalysts
This resource not only shows you who your Great Commission Catalyst is for your region in North Carolina, but also gives you access to the many different ways they can assist your church to promote missions giving and going.
