The experience of hundreds of congregations and their leaders confirms that what is done in the transitional period between the departure of one pastor and the calling of another greatly influences the formation of a solid ministry team with the new pastor and the church family.

Transitional Interim Ministry Training

Transitional Interim Ministry training seeks to equip pastors and church leaders to help churches make the most of this transitional time period. During this training, you will be provided effective tools that can be used by either a traditional or a transitional interim pastor, as well as the pastor search committee. The training is two days, from 9 am to 5 pm each day, with lunch provided. The $75 registration fee covers meals, snacks and materials.
