Transitional Interim Ministry Training
The experience of hundreds of congregations and their leaders confirms that what is done in the transitional period between the departure of one pastor and the calling of another greatly influences the formation of a solid ministry team with the new pastor and the church family.
Transitional Interim Ministry training seeks to equip pastors and church leaders to help churches make the most of this transitional time period. During this training, you will be provided effective tools that can be used by either a traditional or a transitional interim pastor, as well as the pastor search committee. The training is two days, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, with lunch and snacks provided. The $85 registration fee covers the meals, snacks and materials. If you have completed the Transitional Interim Training within the past five years, you can refresh your skills at one of these events for only $45!
Church Job Board
The BSCNC desires to help connect pastors and leaders with ministry opportunities in churches. We do this through the NC Baptists Job Board which allows individuals seeking employment with a church or churches seeking to hire leaders to connect with one another. If you have any questions or if you are interested in placing a job opening for your church, please contact jobboard@ncbaptist.org. If you interested in interim preaching positions, please contact your local Baptist association.
