The North Carolina Hunger Fund exists to provide assistance for individuals who do not eat adequate amounts of food or the types of food necessary to develop and maintain good health.

When you give to the North Carolina Hunger Fund, you provide food for the body and hope for a dying spirit. The fund allows churches and associations to buy and distribute food and support hunger relief organizations and efforts.

When we satisfy our neighbors’ physical hunger and thirst, we can join with them in exploring their spiritual hunger. By filling an empty stomach, you can bring a hungry child of God one step closer to Jesus Christ, the Bread of Life. Let us serve together and feed the hungry so they may drink deeply from streams of living water.

North Carolina Baptist churches and associations can apply for hunger funds annually. Applications are due by Dec. 31 each year.

If you have an emergency please contact Penny Cozadd at [email protected].
