Do you ever say, “I would really like to attend that training but my life is busy? I just can’t find the time!” Good news! The Sunday School and Small Groups team has designed a convenient, self-guided learning platform to assist leaders not only to be trained but also to train others.

The focus is on teaching, caring and sharing. These principles are based on 1 Thessalonians 2:8: “We cared so much for you that we were pleased to share with you not only the gospel of God but also our own lives, because you had become dear to us.” The videos will guide you both to understand and implement principles of teaching, caring and sharing while developing leaders in your class.

What are these roles?

Teacher’s Role
• Study and meditate on God’s Word to teach people utilizing a variety of teaching methods
• Disciple/Mentor another teacher
• Pray for the group

Care Leader’s Role
• Pray for people in the group
• Disciple others to assist in this ministry
• Create relationship opportunities for the group
• Pray for the group

Share Leader’s Role
• Pray for people outside of the group
• Disciple others to assist in this ministry
• Create relationship opportunities for the group to engage lost people
• Assimilate new people into the group
