Bradley Norris serves as the Director of the Operations Group for the Baptist State Convention. He joined the staff in September 2021.

Immediately prior to joining the convention staff, Bradley served as the executive pastor for Grace Alive Church in Orlando, Fla. His ministry journey includes the privilege of serving on staff at three North Carolina Baptist churches in various capacities, reflecting a deep commitment to local church leadership. Currently, he continues his service as a lay elder at another N.C. Baptist Church, maintaining his commitment and dedication to N.C. Baptists and those within the area.

Prior to entering full-time ministry, Bradley worked with a variety of for-profit and nonprofit organizations in the areas of business and operations, including Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and Chick-fil-A.

Bradley earned his bachelors and master’s degrees from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

He and his wife, Kristy, have two full-of-energy boys and live in Wendell.
