Andrew Barclift serves as the Human Resources Manager for N.C. Baptists. He joined the staff in October 2025. Andrew previously served in a variety of associate pastor roles at churches throughout North Carolina. Most recently, he was associate pastor at First Baptist Church of Rocky Mount. Before that, he served at Good Hope Baptist Church in Cary for more than 12 years. He is a graduate of Judson College and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Andrew and his wife, Jasmine, are blessed with two beautiful daughters.
