Drew Dabbs serves the Ministry Strategies group as the discipleship ministry strategist. He has been on staff at the Baptist state convention since May 2024.

Drew is a native of Mississippi, where he served on a local church staff in college ministry for thirteen years. He and his wife, Kristie, have three kids: Isaac, Nathan and Rosie.
