Hannah Nelson serves as the executive assistant to the executive director-treasurer of the Baptist state convention.

Hannah is a native of Leesburg, Virginia. She graduated from Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in music and worship ministries and a master’s degree in human services counseling.

Hannah attends Tabernacle Baptist Church in Raleigh, where her husband Sam serves as one of the pastors. Hannah and Sam have one son and enjoy traveling, playing music and being outdoors.
