Penny L. Cozadd serves as the Mobilization and Disaster Relief Assistant for Baptists on Mission. She was on staff at the Baptist state convention from 2005 through 2026 before transitioning to this role.

Penny has been married to Joseph for more than 30 years. She loves serving the Lord and her favorite Bible verse is Psalm 119:105.
