Many congregations feel an uneasiness concerning their effectiveness in making disciples. Leaders often feel overwhelmed and are not sure where to begin when it comes to revitalization. This resource provides a starting point for the revitalization process as it includes a survey to be used with leadership in order to determine the current reality of the congregation. Regardless of the current reality there is hope for every church, but it requires a process over a period of time in order to change the current culture into an effective disciple-making culture.
