The 2025 N.C. Baptist Annual Meeting, set for Nov. 10-11 in Greensboro, will offer a wide range of breakout sessions designed to equip churches to live out the Great Commission.

North Carolina Baptists will gather Nov. 10-11 for the 2025 Annual Meeting at the Koury Convention Center in Greensboro.

With the theme “On Mission Together,” this year’s meeting will emphasize the Great Commission through worship, business sessions, a special Sending Celebration and a variety of practical equipping opportunities.

Messengers and guests can take part in breakout sessions designed to strengthen local churches and advance the gospel. Topics will range from missions mobilization and church planting to financial stewardship, church marketing and more.

Starting a Lay Counseling Ministry

To be effective a lay counseling ministry needs to be relationally-sustainable for volunteers, liability-wise for the church, and compatible with how church-based ministries grow. We’ll look at group-based counseling models as an effective way to meet these three criteria while serving a wide variety of needs.
