Registration is now open for the 2026 N.C. Baptist Annual Meeting, Nov. 16-17 in Greensboro. This year’s gathering will celebrate sending across North Carolina, and offer opportunities for worship, teaching and resources to equip your ministry for greater kingdom impact.

Messengers and guests can now register for North Carolina Baptists’ annual meeting, set for Nov. 16-17 at the Koury Convention Center in Greensboro.

This year’s theme, “On Mission Together,” reflects who N.C. Baptists are: reaching neighborhoods, sending planters to strategic cities and mobilizing teams around the globe so that people from every nation, tribe and tongue are drawn to Jesus.

The meeting will include times of worship, biblical teaching, breakout sessions designed to equip and strengthen ministry and a special focus on celebrating the momentum in church planting across North Carolina. This year, messengers and guests can also expect expanded seating, new spaces for connection and prayer, and enhanced opportunities to discover ministry and discipleship resources.

Trevin Wax, vice president of Resources and Marketing at the North American Mission Board, will deliver the convention sermon during Tuesday morning’s session.

How to register

Messengers and guests should register online at ncannualmeeting.org. Messengers should use a unique, personal email address along with their church registration number. These details have been mailed and emailed to churches. Guests can register by selecting the “guest” option. Voting is limited to registered messengers in attendance.

If your church did not receive a church registration number (which is different from an SBC ID), contact the state convention at (800) 395-5102.

Registrants will receive their confirmation email with QR code immediately after completing registration. This must be presented at check-in during the annual meeting. A reminder email with QR code will also be sent prior to the event.
