New students now have an opportunity to attend Fruitland Baptist Bible College tuition-free this fall. Fruitland recently announced a new scholarship that will cover tuition costs for new, full-time students attending the Hendersonville campus during the fall 2022 quarter.
The scholarship will help students earn an associate degree in religion and Christian ministries. It does not cover student fees, room, board and books for the 10-week quarter.
“At Fruitland we are committed to train Christian leaders for the 21st century who will change the world with the gospel message,” said Fruitland President David Horton in a press release. “Our staff regularly prays that God will call greater numbers of men and women into the ministry, and we look forward to helping them prepare. Thank you for partnering with us as God raises up a new generation of spiritual warriors.”
Todd Unzicker, executive director-treasurer of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina, said “N.C. Baptists want to champion theological training through institutions like Fruitland to equip more laborers for the harvest. We are thrilled and praise God for this generous opportunity that makes it possible for more N.C. Baptists to join us on mission together.”
The new scholarship is being funded through the gift of a generous donor.
