Every month, we spotlight five helpful resources for you as you seek to walk closely with the Lord and make disciples. Many of these resources are created by the staff of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina (BSCNC) to help meet the ministry needs of pastors and lay leaders across the state.

Check out this month’s roundup of resources which include emphases on the North Carolina Missions Offering, Pray for 30 Days devotional, Abide journal and an online classroom training video to prepare group teachers to begin a new year.

In addition to the resources featured here, many more can be found at ncbaptist.org/resources. You may also follow @ncbaptist on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, where we’ll share other helpful resources throughout the month.

North Carolina Missions Offering Resources
The North Carolina Missions Offering (NCMO) is a special offering received during the month of September that supports the ministries of Baptists on Mission, church planting, mission camps, associational projects and mobilization ministry projects. NCMO is your opportunity to impact lostness as God accomplishes many wonderful things through these various ministries. A number of resources are available for your church to promote this year’s offering. This year’s offering theme is “Known by Love,” based on John 13:35.

Pray for 30 Days
Pray for 30 Days is an annual prayer emphasis observed during October leading up to the BSCNC’s Annual Meeting. The biblical basis for this year’s prayer guide is “God’s Great Work,” which coincides with the Annual Meeting theme. Join us as we pray for revival and spiritual awakening across our state, nation and world. Use these devotions to assist believers as they seek Christ personally and corporately for revival and spiritual awakening.
