José Abella serves as the vice president of Send Network Español, where he leads initiatives to take church planting efforts to the Spanish speaking community in North America. José also serves as the lead pastor at Providence Road Church (PRC) in Miami, Fla. The church, which he planted 15 years ago, focuses on raising leaders to plant churches. 

Under his leadership, PRC has planted five churches, come alongside another 16 church plants and hosts a Send Network Español church planting residency program. 

Born and raised in Miami, José and his wife, Nira, have been married for 30 years.  Together they have six children, four of whom are married, and they are grandparents to five grandchildren.

Dayton Hartman is the lead pastor of Redeemer Church in Rocky Mount, N.C., which he led in planting in 2013. He is the author of multiple books, including, The Pastor as Apologist, Lies Pastors Believe, Church History for Modern Ministry and Jesus Wins. 

He has also served as adjunct faculty for multiple universities and seminaries, including Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and Columbia International University. Dayton and his wife, Rebekah, have four children.

Kyle Mercer is the founding pastor of Two Cities Church in Winston-Salem, N.C. He planted Two Cities in 2016 out of the Summit Church in Durham. Over the last eight years, Two Cities has grown from a launch team of 30 to a church of 4,500 people gathering weekly and is one of the fastest growing churches in the United States, according to Outreach Magazine. He and his wife, Margy, have two sons and a daughter.

Kyle is a compelling preacher with a unique gift to speak truth into culture through expository, gospel-centered teaching. He is also the host of the “Open Bible. Open Life.” podcast.

Noah Oldham is the executive director of Send Network. He served as the founding and lead pastor of August Gate Church for 15 years and the Send City missionary to St. Louis for almost 10 years. In both these roles, he led his church and dozens of others to plant churches throughout the St. Louis region and beyond. 

Oldham holds master’s degrees in Biblical Studies and Christian Leadership and is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. He writes, speaks and trains in the areas of two of his greatest passions: the local church and physical fitness. Noah and Heather have been married since 2005 and have five children.

Vance Pitman is the founder and president of Vance Pitman Ministries and National Mobilizer with the North American Mission Board. He is the founding pastor of Hope Church Las Vegas, which he led from a living-room gathering of 18 people in 2001 into a thriving, multi-ethnic church of more than 4,000 members, representing more than 54 languages 20 years later. 

Following his retirement from Hope, Vance served as president of Send Network, the largest church planting organization in North America, where he helped accelerate the multiplication of churches across the continent. Today, he coaches pastors and church planters in leadership, church multiplication and spiritual health, while traveling as an ambassador for NAMB.
