Women’s Discipleship exists to equip churches and associations to mobilize women for the gospel. 

We partner across the state to enable women to walk humbly with Christ within their everyday circles of influence, becoming disciple-making disciples rooted in studying God’s Word, passionately sharing their faith, and intentionally mentoring others.

Inspired by Titus 2:3-5, we champion multi-generational connections, fostering a legacy of women discipling women. Our core areas of focus are discipleship, evangelism, and missions.

NC Baptist Women’s Discipleship responds to God’s beautiful call and design for women to live in intimacy with Christ. Through these key areas – studying God’s Word, mentoring, and sharing our faith – we empower women to serve Him through the local church. We prayerfully strive to develop a culture of evangelism and discipleship in women, enabling them to live out their faith on mission together and leave a lasting gospel legacy for future generations.
