To register, messengers should use a unique, personal email address, and they will need their church’s ID and PIN numbers.
A letter containing registration instructions along with ID and PIN numbers has been mailed to N.C. Baptist churches. Churches that have an email address on file with the state convention were also sent an email with instructions and their ID and PIN numbers when registration opened on Monday, Aug. 16.
Registrants will receive a ticket for the annual meeting via email after completing their registration. If registrants do not receive their ticket within an hour, they are encouraged to check their email spam folder. An additional email with a ticket will be sent on Nov. 5. Attendees must present their ticket when they arrive and check in at the annual meeting in November.
The theme of this year’s annual meeting is “On Mission Together,” which highlights the vision of the BSCNC’s new Executive Director-Treasurer Todd Unzicker. Since being elected executive director-treasurer, Unzicker has consistently shared a vision for the state convention to be “a movement of churches on mission together.”
The annual meeting will include worship, preaching, business, breakout sessions, ministry reports, exhibits and more.
More details about the annual meeting are available online at ncannualmeeting.org. Attendees may also make hotel reservations through the site. The website will be updated with additional information as the meeting draws closer.
The annual meeting will be preceded by the N.C. Baptist Pastors’ Conference on Nov. 7-8 at the Koury Convention Center. More information and registration details for the pastors’ conference is available at ncpastorsconference.org.
