Every month, we spotlight five helpful resources for you as you seek to walk closely with the Lord and make disciples. Many of these resources are created by the staff of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina (BSCNC) to help meet the ministry needs of pastors and lay leaders across the state.
North Carolina Missions Offering Resources
The North Carolina Missions Offering (NCMO) is a special offering received during the month of September that supports the ministries of Baptists on Mission, church planting, mission camps, associational projects and mobilization ministry projects. NCMO is your opportunity to impact lostness as God accomplishes many wonderful things through these various ministries. A number of resources are available for your church to promote this year’s offering.

Pray for 30 days
Pray for 30 Days is an annual prayer emphasis observed during October leading up to the convention’s Annual Meeting. The biblical basis for this year’s prayer guide is Luke 10:29, “Who is my neighbor?” Join us as we pray for revival and spiritual awakening across our state, nation and world. Use these devotions to assist believers as they seek Christ personally and corporately for revival and spiritual awakening.

No Passport Needed
Working with international students is “front line” mission work. Just as missionaries must make a decision to reach people at the far ends of the earth, so we too must make a decision to reach the thousands of international students who do not know Jesus. Use this guide to help an individual or small group think through the process of building a team to reach international students in the local area.

Multi-Housing Ministry
North Carolina’s multifamily housing community is both large and growing. The overwhelming majority of those living in multifamily housing communities — apartments, condos, townhomes and mobile home parks — are unchurched. Therefore, we must develop creative methods to take the gospel to them rather than expecting them to come to us. This brochure provides an overview of multifamily housing communities and offers some approaches to multifamily housing ministry.
