Countless women faithfully serve in churches throughout North Carolina, working to shape the style and set the tone for ministry to flourish. As women of the Word, they embrace God’s unique design for their lives and desire to honor Him in the order He has established. Glorifying God in their efforts and fueled by the gospel of Jesus Christ, they are a bright and shining light.

Yet, the topic of women in ministry has become a discussion about women instead of with them. As women strive to exemplify joy, unity and missional focus while divisions and distractions run rampant, their voice and value must be elevated above the noise.
