This month’s resources feature a brand new training curriculum to equip churches to respond well when sexual, physical or emotional abuse is reported, in addition to a resource that assists churches and ministry leaders in protecting children. Also included is a link to several resources for your church to promote the North Carolina Missions Offering that is received in September. A downloadable manual for discovering and engaging diverse people groups is a great accompanying resource to the first-ever Strengthen the Church conference this month. Finally, we have added a women’s ministry leadership course to our convenient online classroom.

Every month, we spotlight five helpful resources for you as you seek to walk closely with the Lord and make disciples. Many of these resources are created by the staff of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina (BSCNC) to help meet the ministry needs of pastors and lay leaders across the state.

NCMO is your opportunity to impact lostness as God accomplishes many wonderful things through these various ministries. A number of resources are available for your church to promote this year’s offering. This year’s offering theme is “Known by Love,” based on John 13:35.
