We equip and empower N.C. Baptist churches and leaders to reach, train and send middle and high school students in North Carolina, on mission together.

As N.C. Baptists, we:

• Reach students through Summer Youth Weeks at Fort Caswell and fall retreats at the beach and mountains.
• Train leaders through cohorts, the Youth Pastor Summit, Conclave and other network opportunities — focusing on soul care, collaboration and campus ministry.
• Send students and church groups to serve their local schools and communities to proclaim the gospel of Jesus.
